TERMS & CONDITIONS
Last updated August 25, 2026.
Get Caulk is a product and brand operated by The Waveland Company LLC, a Maine limited liability company (“Waveland,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the applicable Preorder Policy.
Orders and preorders
Product descriptions, target specifications, pricing, and availability may change before purchase. Preorders are governed by the Preorder Policy. We may reject or cancel orders affected by errors, suspected fraud, unavailable inventory, shipping restrictions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we will provide the refund required by applicable law.
Final-sale policy
After shipment, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for preference, change of mind, ordering error, or opened or used product. This policy does not limit remedies required by law for goods that arrive damaged, defective, materially misdescribed, or incorrect. Contact us promptly after delivery with documentation of any covered issue.
Product use and safety
Use the product only as directed by its final label, technical data sheet, and safety data sheet. Test compatibility where appropriate. Do not use general educational content on this website as a substitute for product-specific instructions or professional advice. You assume responsibility for surface preparation, application, ventilation, personal protective equipment, suitability, and compliance with applicable codes.
No guarantee of results
Project conditions and application quality vary. Except for warranties that cannot legally be excluded, the website and products are provided without additional express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee a particular cosmetic, structural, waterproofing, or performance result beyond the final written product specifications.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Waveland and its members, managers, employees, contractors, suppliers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of profits, property damage caused by misuse, or costs arising from removal or reapplication. To the maximum extent permitted by law, aggregate liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Waveland harmless from claims arising from your unlawful use, resale, modification, mislabeling, or use of a product contrary to its instructions, except to the extent prohibited by law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maine, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought in a state or federal court of competent jurisdiction located in Maine, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
Changes and severability
We may update these Terms prospectively. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, the Preorder Policy, Privacy Policy, and order-specific disclosures form the agreement governing your use and purchase.
Operating draft: counsel should review these terms before paid orders are activated.
